Delete Your Account

We know that everyone's family situation and needs change over time. When you're done using our service, you can delete your account and all data associated with it. You have two options to delete your account:

Option 1: In-App

To delete your account from within the app:

1. Ensure you are signed in using the account you want to delete.
2. Access the Settings menu by clicking on the Menu icon () in the bottom navigation bar and then clicking on the Settings gear icon ().
3. Select the Delete Account option located in the Account Actions section.
4. Complete and submit the form.
5. You will receive an email confirmation when the process is complete (usually within 5 - 10 minutes).

Option 2: Request via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request to delete your account via email:

1. Send an email requesting your account be deleted to support@kukiniapp.com from the email you used to create your account. Sending the email from the address you used to create your account allows us to quickly verify your identity.
2. You will receive an email confirmation when the process is complete (usually within 5 - 10 business days).
